SAN DIEGO (Thursday, June 22nd, 2023) -- Utah Royals FC AZ ECNL 04/05 (U19) are set for the ECNL Girls Playoffs which takes place in San Diego from June 24-30. Additionally, the Utah Royals FC AZ ECNL 07 (U16) will be competing in the Showcase Cup B. 

Utah Royals FC AZ ECNL 04/05 advanced to the playoffs after finishing the regular season with a 19-3-2 record that saw the team score 65 goals while conceding just 15 goals.  The U19 bracket is a single-elimination format, which teams that if you win you advance to the next round and if you lose you advance to the consolation bracket.

In their opening match, the Utah Royals FC AZ ECNL 04/05 will face Saint Louis Scott Gallagher at Surf Cup Sports Park field #14 at 10:05AM on Saturday, June 24. Winner of this match will face the winner of Concorde Fire Platinum ECNL G05/04/FC Alliance ECNL G05/04 on Sunday, June 25 at 5:10PM.

The Showcase B is also single-elimination. The Utah Royals FC AZ ECNL 07 will face Charlotte Independence ECNL G07at Surf Cup Sports Park field #5 at 3:20PM on Saturday, June 24. Winner of this match will face FC Prime ECNL G07/De Anza Force ECNL G07 on Monday, June 26 at 1:30PM.
